The short answer
What you pay for, and what's included
Permanent Christmas lights are priced by the foot. The price covers the lights, the slim track they sit in, and the installation. For a typical Central Florida home, that works out to about $15 to $21 per foot depending on the light style you choose and whether the track is painted to match your trim.
A single-story front roofline of around 100 feet usually lands somewhere between $1,500 and $2,400. Lighting the whole home, often 200 feet or more, typically runs $3,000 to $4,700.
Unlike seasonal lights, you pay once. There's no hanging and taking down every year, and the same lights work for Halloween, July 4th, game days and every evening in warm white. See how that compares in our permanent vs. seasonal vs. DIY guide.

Questions
Permanent Christmas light cost questions
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Permanent lighting is billed on a minimum of 50 feet. Most homes are well over that.
Do you charge more for a two-story home?
No. We don't charge extra for height, so a two-story roofline costs the same per foot as a single-story one.
Can I save money by using my own lights?
Yes. If you already have permanent lights or want to buy your own, we install them for about $10 to $12 per foot including track, and check they're suitable at your visit.
Are there ongoing costs?
No required ones. The lights run on your existing power for pennies a night. Our optional Lighting Care Plan is $149 a year and covers up to two service visits, with labor included for failed sections.
How accurate is the online guesstimate?
It gives a ballpark range based on the length and options you enter. We confirm the exact price in writing after a free on-site measurement.

Permanent holiday lighting comes with a 3-year warranty on the track plus the manufacturer's warranty on the lights.
