What a professional install includes
A planned layout
We measure every run, work out where each kit starts and ends, and place controllers near power so there are no gaps or dark corners.
Straight, secure mounting
Every light level and evenly spaced along the eaves, peaks and gables, fixed to stay put through Florida storms.
Clean cable runs
Jumpers and power leads routed out of sight along the fascia and corners, not hanging down the wall.
Controller and app setup
Controllers on your Wi-Fi, lights grouped, schedules set to dusk and starter holiday scenes, then a walkthrough on your phone.
Upgrade
Make it look custom with our aluminum track
Kit lights mounted on their own clips work, but the cable and clips stay visible in daylight. Our optional aluminum track covers the cable, protects the lights from sun and rain and gives your roofline the clean, built-in look of a high-end system, using the lights you already own.
We check that your bulbs fit the track at the quote visit, and the track comes with our 3-year track warranty.

How it works
Tell us what you have
Send the brand, model and total length through our quote form, or text a photo of the box.
Measure and quote
We measure your roofline, check outlets and Wi-Fi reach, and send a written install-only price, usually within 24 hours.
Install day
We mount everything, route the cables, connect the controllers and set up the app. Most homes take 4 to 8 hours.
Your first scene
We switch everything on at dusk and show you how to change colors, schedules and holiday scenes yourself.
DIY fixes
Started it yourself? We fix that too
A lot of our calls come from homeowners who bought a kit, started the install and hit a problem. We can pick up where you left off, or take down an old install and put it back up properly.
- Kit too shortWe plan runs so each kit ends at a corner or gable and tell you what extra length you need before install day.
- Sagging or crooked lightsWe reinstall old DIY jobs, yours or a previous owner, so they run straight and level.
- No outlet where you need oneWe plan around existing outdoor outlets. If you need a new one, we arrange a licensed electrician.
- App will not connectWe test the Wi-Fi at the far side of the house and advise on placement or an extender.

Do you install Govee or eufy lights I bought myself?
Yes. We check the kit and lengths at the quote visit and price the installation only.
Do you install lights bought on Amazon?
Usually, yes. Send us the brand and listing and we confirm before quoting.
Who covers the warranty on my lights?
The lights stay under their manufacturer warranty. We stand behind our installation workmanship, and our optional track comes with our 3-year track warranty.
How long does installation take?
Most homes take 4 to 8 hours depending on the roofline, number of kits and power points. Two-story and complex rooflines can take longer.
Can you install on a two-story home or a tile roof?
Yes. We work from ladders and never walk on tile roofs. Very tall or hard-to-reach sections are planned and priced individually.
Can you redo my old DIY install?
Yes. We take down the existing installation, check the lights and reinstall them straight and level with clean cable runs, with or without our track.
